Holding Agreement:
A ___500.00_____deposit is required to hold your PUPPY. The Seller assigns the Buyer the guarantee that the PUPPY will not be sold to any party other than the buyer as long as the buyer adheres to the “Picking Up Your Puppy” guideline. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price of the puppy when the buyer assumes physical possession of the puppy. The buyer may send a personal check, money order, Venmo or Cash app
When a deposit is received by Topshelf Toy Dogs
the Purchaser automatically agrees to the terms of this contract,
even if both the Buyer and the Seller have not yet signed the contract.
Health Guarantee:
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the seller’s knowledge. The buyer has 72 hours, from the date of ownership to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT CANNOT BE RECTIFIED, you may return the puppy to us, at your expense, on the day following the vet exam, along with a veterinarian’s explanation of the problem. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the pup less any shipping fees.
Exclusion: This does not include the presence of parasites, colds or infections such as Coccidia or Giardia. PUPPIES are naturally at risk for parasites brought on by the stress of a new home, new food, new people, or change in environment or due to Hypoglycemia.
LIFETIME Free Replacement Puppy. Because we believe so strongly that nutrition plays a very big part in the health of an animal, we are offering a Lifetime Free Replacement Puppy Guarantee. The lifetime guarantee stipulates that the puppy must be fed ONLY Life’s Abundance dog or puppy food for their entire lifetime. Many puppies are acquiring serious life threatening health risks through poor diet. We believe that Life’s Abundance Nutritional System provides the optimum nutritional benefits ensuring good health and longevity for the puppy If your puppy does not reach 10 years, you will be eligible to get a free replacement puppy of equal value.

2) The original buyer owns the puppy. (Guarantee is not transferable)

EXCEPTIONS:
This guarantee does not pay for the vet check, shots, worming, transportation, carrier, or other fees. This Lifetime Free Replacement puppy Guarantee does not cover death caused by neglect or abuse. Buyer must provide a written notice of puppy death from owner’s vet, along with a necropsy report indicating cause of death.

Picking Up Your puppy:
The puppy needs to be picked up between 10-14 weeks of age. If your puppy is not picked up by the 14th week, seller or delivery arrangements haven’t been made, seller has the right to void the puppy Sales Contract and find another buyer. If prior arrangements have been made they will be so noted at the bottom of this contract in other. All fees are to be paid in full before the puppy will be released to the buyer. Shipping is available for an additional charge which will include the crate and health certificate.
Shipping of Puppy: Puppy may be shipped from 12-14 weeks of age Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. In the event of a replacement pup, buyer is also responsible for shipping fees. If a puppy is a
replacement pup, buyer is also responsible for shipping fees.
Shipping : We only ship our pups with a flight nanny in the cabin or with a pet transport company by land. I will rarely ship an adult dog in Cargo.
Flight nanny arrangements are made between buyer of pup and the Nanny themselves. I agreed to deliver pup to airport to hand over to the nanny.

Seller is in no way responsible for any vet bills made after puppy is sold.
Seller shall not be responsible for death or injury of the puppy due to negligence of the Buyer, any airline, live animal carrier, it’s agents or employees.
Buyer certifies the puppy will not be sold or leased to a kitten mill, commercial breeder, pet store, or medical research facility.
I acknowledge that this is a legal & binding contract and have reviewed and agree to the terms listed above. The buyer will maintain up to date vaccination, worming, and provide proper food, water, and shelter.
This contract applies only to the original purchaser and is NOT transferable.
